At The Pottery Grill, the BBQ is slow cooked for up to 16 hours over a hickory fire before it is taken off the pit and the excess fat is trimmed by hand and then chopped. All of the BBQ at The Pottery Grill is cooked the old fashion way -- over a wood fire. Whether you’re hungry for some of their famous chopped pork, one of their marinated chicken breast fillets, smoke link sausage, mouth watering ribs, or just a hot dog, you will find it all delicious.
